Do not respond to Device Manager Tickets
All TechStar Clients have an account titled email@example.com for internal use by TechStar. Device Manager tickets are for maintenance issues only, not for client support. Although, Administrators can see Device Manager tickets within the portal, review or response to these ticket is not required. All action on these tickets will be conducted by TechStar Staff.
Responses to Device Manager tickets are not monitored and will not notify Support Staff. If you have a questions about a Device Manager ticket, please create a new ticket including your question and the number of the Device Manager ticket its regarding.
