After Hours Emergency Support


is available outside of TechStar standard business hours: Monday -Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (CST)



RATES:

Support outside of standard business hours or on a TechStar Holiday is considered Emergency Support.  Emergency remote and onsite support is outside of all client contracts and shall be billed per the rates listed below.  Billable time begins when the Technician responds to an Emergency call, with a 1 hour minimum.


  • After Hours (M-F 5:00 pm-8:00 am) - billed at $187.50/hour, with a 1 hour minimum
  • Saturday & Sunday - billed at $250.00/hour,  with a 1 hour minimum
  • TechStar Holiday - billed at $300.00/hour, with a 1 hour minimum



SUPPORT REQUEST PROCEDURE:

1. Create a ticket via the Partner Support Portal at PartnerServices.us or email help@techstars.us, if possible

2. Call 888-397-7662

3. Follow the instructions given by the auto attendant

4. A Technician will call you back within 15 minutes.  Do not call again unless it has been more that 15 minutes since you left the message
